How Does it Work?

TOTALcomputerbackup is easy to set up and automatically keeps your selected files safe for you.

  1. Register for a TOTALcomputerbackup account and then download our software onto your computer.

  2. Select the files you want to keep safe (your documents, emails, databases, spreadsheets, digital images, music files, scanned information and any other files) and every day at the scheduled time your information is uploaded via your Internet connection to our secure servers.

    For example, select your My documents folder to be backed up at 10pm, and every day at 10pm your My Documents folder is backed up and any new files you have created will be automatically saved.

  3. Every time your information is saved, you receive an e-mail from us confirming that it has been securely received and is stored with us.

  4. At any time you can open the software and with 3 clicks of your mouse can retrieve either a single file or all of your information.

Once set up, there is nothing more to do. You get on with your activities whilst TOTALcomputerbackup keeps your information safe, secure and always up to date.
