

How to use the Client Log to assit with your backups
The client log is designed to help you in case of any issues. If you ever receive a BACKUP UNSUCCESSFUL email the clientlog will list the files or folders that fail to backup and also provide a reason why. It lists every action undertaken by the software chronologically:
To view the client log:
Open the TOTALcomputerbackup software by double clicking the padlock icon on your desktop
Select the Client Log tab at the top of the left hand window.
Scroll through to look at the details which should give you the information you require.
