Updating your user/contact details
To get the most out of the Customer Login area, if you ever change your email address, or wish for your confirmation/billing emails to go to a different address, Login to the Customer Login area at the top of this website and in there you can easily update any of your registration details.
In addition, the Customer Login area allows you to easily:
Download the TOTALcomputerbackup software on to a 2nd machine
Download the TOTALcomputerbackup software on to a new machine if your old one has been lost, stolen or crashed
Update your technical support contract
Update your card details with WorldPay
